Overview
CloseFlow helps users manage contacts, follow-up actions, reminders, AI message drafts, approvals, notification events, billing access, and relationship history.
Information we collect
- Account information such as email address and authentication identifiers.
- Contact and relationship information added by the user.
- AI draft, approval, delivery, reminder, outcome, and activity records.
- Billing and entitlement status from app-store, Stripe, promo, or admin access paths.
- Device notification tokens when remote push notifications are enabled.
How we use information
We use information to provide the app, personalize follow-up coaching, generate drafts, run compliance checks, schedule reminders, process billing, and provide support.
AI processing
CloseFlow may send message context to configured AI providers to generate drafts. Users may bring their own AI key or use CloseFlow’s configured fallback provider.
