Use this public page to request either full account deletion with associated data deletion, or app data deletion while keeping your CloseFlow account active.

This page applies to CloseFlow AI, the CloseFlow mobile app, and joincloseflow.com. You do not need to reinstall the app to start a deletion request from this page.

Delete my account and associated data
Choose this if you want your CloseFlow account closed and associated app data deleted. This removes access to the account after verification and processing.

Choose this if you want CloseFlow app content deleted or reset, but you want your account, login, and subscription access to remain active.

- Your CloseFlow account email address.
- Whether you want full account deletion or data deletion while keeping your account active.
- For data-only requests, tell us whether you want all app content deleted or only a specific category such as contacts, notes, reminders, drafts, or activity history.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.
Account deletion removes
- • Your CloseFlow app account and authentication profile, after identity verification.
- • Contacts, imported contacts, relationship details, notes, reminders, next-touch history, activity history, saved drafts, AI request context, compliance review history, approval history, and app content associated with your account.
- • Device push notification tokens and app-session data that are tied to your account, where applicable.
- • Subscription entitlement records that we control, after any required billing or access steps are completed.
Data-only deletion removes
- • Contacts, imported contacts, relationship details, notes, reminders, next-touch history, activity history, saved drafts, AI request context, compliance review history, approval history, and other in-app content associated with your account.
- • Device push notification tokens and app-session data tied to deleted app content, where applicable.
- • Your account remains open so you can continue using CloseFlow after the data reset is complete.
Data we may keep
- • Records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, subscription, or compliance purposes.
- • Billing and payment records controlled by Stripe, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another payment/subscription provider.
- • Limited support communications and operational logs needed to verify, process, document, secure, or troubleshoot the request.
- • Backup copies and logs may take additional time to expire from our systems, but they are not used to provide the active CloseFlow service after deletion is processed.
Timing and support
We will review deletion requests after receiving them and aim to complete verified requests within a reasonably quick period, unless additional time is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, subscription, or compliance reasons.
